Operational Sustainability At Duke
Duke is advancing a broad vision of sustainable operations through its strategic planning efforts and partnerships across campus. Through the Climate Commitment, the university’s goal is for its campus to be a bold and visible example of living, working, and practicing sustainability. To achieve this goal, OCS is developing a Scope 1 and 2 Net Zero Plan along with a Sustainable Operations Roadmap. These plans will be available to the public by Fall 2026.
