All Green Devils are required to go through a semester of training in the fall semester before becoming eligible for the paid internship position their sophmore, junior, and senior year. 

Requirements/Qualifications for All Green Devils:

• Year-long commitment to the Green Devils program
• Consistent attendance at bi-weekly all intern/trainee meetings, team meetings and social events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to sustainability
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in small project teams

Trainee Responsibilities:

• Lead the Green Dorm Room Certification program for East Campus during the fall semester
• Create a team and develop a sustainability project with provided guidance and resources
• Exercise an eagerness to learn and grow as a sustainability leader

Intern Responsibilities:

• Active participation in programming and volunteering opportunities
• Consistent project reporting
• Reflecting and relating the program mission and goals to individual/group projects
