If you use an alternative method of transportation to get to campus, you may find yourself in need of special transportation arrangements in the event of an emergency (you fall ill, have a sick family member, or must leave or arrive outside of your normal ridesharing schedule).

Duke University and Medical Center employees are eligible for free, reliable transportation provided through GoTriangle's Emergency Ride Home Program.  Employees must pre-register with GoTriangle in order to use this service and will then have access to print a voucher for a free taxi ride or rental car in case of emergency.
